1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the entire relationship between hbaij and any person who accesses or uses the platform. Use of the hbaij website, mobile interface, or any associated service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with the hbaij Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

hbaij reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of hbaij is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hbaij enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21. Persons under 21 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, placing bets, or using any feature of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of hbaij or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform for any reason.

hbaij reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Where hbaij has reasonable grounds to believe that a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances frozen, and any winnings accrued during the period of suspected underage use will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of hbaij services, you must create a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• Single Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one active account on hbaij. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. hbaij will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the associated user.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration data is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any associated two-factor authentication credentials confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. hbaij accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Account Transfer: Your hbaij account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hbaij are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• Approved Payment Methods: hbaij currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change at any time.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum amounts for specific payment methods may vary and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform activity or when additional verification is required.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and the return of funds to the source account.
• Anti-Money Laundering: hbaij complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal and to delay or suspend transactions pending the outcome of such reviews.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Funds that have been deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to each promotion.

5. Betting Rules and Wagers

All bets placed on hbaij are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform:

• A bet is confirmed only once you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the platform. Bets that have not been fully confirmed are not valid.
• hbaij reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets where incorrect odds or market information was displayed due to a technical fault or data error.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to available liquidity and real-time odds. hbaij may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance in BDT at the odds prevailing at the time the bet was confirmed.
• hbaij's decisions regarding the settlement of all bets are final. Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with our support team within 7 days of the relevant event's conclusion.
• Maximum payout limits may apply to individual markets and will be communicated to you at the point of bet placement where applicable.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, hbaij offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to account holders. The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible markets, minimum odds, and maximum bet sizes. These terms are published alongside each individual promotion.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible account holders as defined in the specific promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed only once per user, household, or IP address.
• hbaij reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not unfairly prejudice players who are actively participating in the promotion at the time of the change.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus structures — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other users, or systematic exploitation of wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from it, and possible permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Real-money funds are always used before bonus funds in the settlement of bets, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hbaij platform. Any user found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, match manipulation, or any activity that seeks to corrupt the integrity of any sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other users, casino dealers, or any third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Creating accounts using false identities, stolen identities, or any form of identity fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to any part of the hbaij platform's code, database, or infrastructure.
• Posting or transmitting any abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication channel on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unintended financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the hbaij platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, and data — is the intellectual property of hbaij or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the hbaij platform without express written permission from hbaij. Unauthorised use of hbaij intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy and Data

hbaij collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the hbaij Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We collect identification data, contact information, financial transaction data, and behavioural data for the purposes of operating the platform, processing transactions, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

hbaij does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We accept no liability for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment processing failures outside our reasonable control.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

hbaij reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• At the request of the account holder via a self-exclusion or account closure request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more, subject to any applicable dormant account policy.

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds and any funds under review) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Amendments to Terms

hbaij may amend these Terms at any time by publishing updated Terms on this page. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
